I promise this is the last post about The Big D. For the past three weeks, I’ve been banging on about this fantastic meat patty available only during the month of February at Byron locations in London (at O’Shea’s of Knightsbridge year-round). It’s become somewhat of an obsession (perhaps the result of living in planet earth’s worst burger city?). Whatever the reason, I reviewed The Big D for the Serious Eats’ “A Hamburger Today” blog.
