A Butcher’s Window in Istanbul’s Fatih

I saw this butcher’s window in Kadınlar Pazarı, the main square in Istanbul’s Fatih district. This area is known for its büryan kebabı, lamb cooked in a pit in the style of Siirt, a town in southeastern Turkey.
