Byron’s Blue Cheese Burger

Yesterday I visited one of my favorite places on the planet, Short Hills Mall Westfield Center, a sprawling shopping complex in west London with 265 shops, food courts, and a cinema. Everything about this place speaks to my inner mall rat and warms its heart. A blue cheese burger at Byron went on to clog its chambers, but I can’t think of a better way to start a shopping outing than with 6 oz of grilled scotch beef covered with melted cheese.
