RosticceRi’s Fried Things

The best thing about living in southern Italy is the constant availability of fritti-fried things. Here is a plate of some deep fried snacks from Rosticceri’, a new-ish fast “fast food” place in Testaccio (there is another branch on Corso Rinascimento near Piazza Navona). They have fried eggplant balls, rice balls, cod balls and many more artery-clogging treats made from high quality ingredients.
