Octopus Salad at Iskele

I just had an incredible octopus salad at Iskele, a famous seafood restaurant in Rumeli Hisarı, located just beneath Istanbul’s second Bosphorus Bridge. The coarsely chopped pieces of octopus were incredibly tender and a reasonable way to start a meal that ended with seafood cooked in a terracotta dish with butter and a semolina dessert soaked in syrup and served with a side of clotted cream.
