Via Pignasecca and Via dei Tribunali are two famous destinations for such treats. I Decumani on Via dei Tribunali does especially outstanding pizza fritta.

Never crossed my mind to put sauce and cheese instead of confectioner’s sugar on pizza fritta. More of a meal than a treat!
