Goals

One month left in the States. Time to get serious. There are several culinary goals that I wish to achieve before heading back to Rome in late February. These are just a few:
Update: I need to eat moist roasted capretto at Scarpetta, indulge at the Fatty Crab, and try the pizzoccheri at Dell’Anima.

I got a tip for you:
138 Eldridge in New York (SoHo, I think)
Try the dumplings or the pancake sandwiches with duck or pork.
My friend couldn’t remember the name of the place, but he said it was awesome and cheap – there are only a few people whose advice I would blindly follow, and he is one of them!
We tried to go, but I had only a few hours before I had to catch my plane back to italy. I was meeting my parents for lunch and they couldn’t handle not knowing the name of the place, let alone driving around SoHo (they’re old, what can I do?).

You are running out of time, and potentially running out of money if you hit all those up.
