Opening a bar is hard. Opening a restaurant is harder. Place these endeavors in Rome, a city none too kind to entrepreneurs, and you’ve got a near impossible challenge. Yet the team behind one Michelin star All’Oro is going for it. After closing their original restaurant in Parioli this winter, All’Oro reopened last week in a new location, The First Luxury Art Hotel, near Piazza del Popolo in central Rome. The fine dining restaurant will be serving dinner Monday through Saturday from 7-11pm and the menu, twists on Roman classics, will be similar to that of the first location. Look for signature dishes like oxtail “rocher” and salt cod “tiramisu”. All’Oro will also be serving a brunch buffet from 7am-3pm, seven days a week.

This big move also sees the opening of Misceliamo, a cocktail bar, which will serve drinks and finger food and be open from 5pm-1am. In April, the team will open 0°-300° on the hotel’s sixth floor roof terrace. The menu will consist of uncooked and grilled items. For more info, visit the hotel website.
