Jessica Stewart’s newly released book “Street Art Stories” documents the last three years of Street art in Rome. Using the keen eye of an art historian, Jessica breaks down the evolution of artists’ styles and the progression of the movement from a grass roots phenomenon to one worthy of international acclaim. This book will change the way you experience the city, especially Garbatella, San Lorenzo, and Pigneto. You can follow Jessica’s street art discoveries on the regular at Rome Photo Blog. Purchase her book on Mondo Bizzarro’s website here or at the gallery on Via Sicilia 251 in Rome. It is open Tuesday-Saturday from 3-8pm.

  • I would love to get the book, but they want 60 euros to ship to the USA (and only 20 euros for the book itself)! Ouch. Hope it somehow gets released more economically for those of us not actually in Rome.

  • Hi Bruce! Yes, there will be a larger distribution, as this initial release was only for the exhibit. As soon as I have news, I’ll let you know!
