On Tuesday, March 10th, at 7 pm Momofuku Ssam Bar is bringing together a farmer and a winemaker whose products were born out of similar philosophies. The meal will be prepared by the Momofuku team in their private dining room. All proceeds go to City Harvest and Food Bank for New York City to help feed hungry people when they need it the most. The special guest farmer and vintner are:

Bev Eggleston, Eco-Friendly Foods, a Virginia-based company that provides pasture-raised,“grass-grown” meats to consumers at farmers markets and restaurants.

Larry Turley, Turley Wine Cellars; Turley Wine Cellars employs organic and biodynamic practices in their old-vine vineyardsconcentrating on single-vineyard Zinfandels & Petit Sirahs.

Multiple course tasting menu centered around a whole hog, paired with Turley wines. $200 per guest. Limited seating available, please RSVP to privatedining@momofuku.com.
