I made the banner above for the Travel Show! It took me 2 weeks! This is an unreasonable amount of time! Right up until the last minute, I was certain I would have a “This is Spinal Tap” Stonehenge moment right there at Kinko’s. But low and behold, the whole 5′ x 2′ banner came out the right size! It will be hanging over at booth #950 in the Europe section at this weekend’s NYT Travel Show. Come say hi to me and Mamma Parla or attend one of my events below:

Ditto–thanks for the ticket and good to meet you. Would have liked to stay for the book signing but had late lunch reservations at Lupa with husband and son for a cacio e pepe fix. Perhaps should have spent more time at the Caribbean booths, though, because it’s snowing like a b* back here on Cape Cod.
