This morning at 9:37AM I turned in 2 spiral bound copies of my final paper for a Master’s in Cultura dell’Alimentazione e delle Tradizioni Enogastronomiche. Next Friday, I have to present my paper and accompanying project, a website on the history and culture of food and wine in Italy to a panel of docents called la commissione in what is known as l’interrogazione. Sounds freaking scary. The website is a work-in-progress at the moment but check back in a week or so and there should be lots more content.
