Pizza al Taglio, Rome

I am totally obsessed with pizza al taglio (pizza by the slice). In fact, I have a slice of pizza bianca (a typical Roman flat bread) every morning for breakfast and a slice later in the day for a snack. Recently I have been eating tons of pizza con fiori di zucca (zucchini flower pizza), since the fiori are in season. So are mushrooms, pumpkin and peppers so seek out those toppings, as well. These are just a few of the bakeries that I can’t pass by without grabbing a slice:
Volpetti Via Marmorata, 47 (Testaccio)
Forno Mosca Via Candia, 16 (Ottaviano)
Marco Roscioli Via Chiavari (Centro Storico)
Pietro Roscioli Via Buonarotti, 48 (Esquilino)
Forno Campo de’ Fiori Campo de’ Fiori, 22 (Centro Storico)
00100 Via Giovanni Branca (Testaccio)
Pizzarium Via Melloria, 43 (Cipro)

Katie, have you been to Sisini in Trastevere? When i first moved to Rome, my Roman friend took me there- he said it is the best pizza al taglio in Rome after Roscioli and Forno. to be honest, i found it to be forgettable…i do know that lots of Romans adore it.
Rome is really full of gems- my boyfriend (now husband) and i went to the Vatican museums and whilst walking around in the area, we stumbled up on a random pizza al taglio place. it was indeed one of the best slices i have ever had-even for Roscioli standards…but i never found it again…i mean if were to have found it, that would have been too much of a miracle, right?
to your list, you know that i would add Passi in Testaccio
for their pizza rossa- though i was a bit disappointed when i went there this summer.
