Levain Bakery keeps it simple. They make just 4 types of cookies: Chocolate chip walnut, dark chocolate, oatmeal raisin, and dark chocolate peanut butter chip.
My sister received a box as a graduation gift and, although we have spent the entire day gorging on passed appetizers at her party at Clydz, we devoured the contents of this package in under a minute, leaving us stuffed, sated, and a little sick. Our only regret is that tomorrow we won’t wake up to more of what Levain Bakery does best.
