Last night over dinner with my friends Petulia and Rob, the conversation turned to…food. Somehow we are always planning future meals while eating. We agreed that when we travel to Paris in November we would eat lots of snails. In the meantime, I will content myself with photos of snails once eaten like those above, Lumache di Cherasco al verde, snails from the provinces of Cuneo and Torino in Italy’s Piedmont region dressed in a parsley and oil sauce. Amazing.
