Turkish Cuisine

I spent the month of March in Istanbul studying Turkish and researching Turkish food. I ate way too much, interviewed the city’s leading chefs, and managed to sneak in a quick trip to Bodrum between meals. For more on Turkish cuisine and my travels in Istanbul, check out these posts.

Beautiful photos. Istanbul is my favorite city in the entire world (with Rome a strong second and Jerusalem a solid third), and the cuisine is just extraordinary. You’ve really captured it here and made me start craving Turkish tonight!

Thanks Amy! I’m with you. I love Rome and Jerusalem, too. Turkish food is amazing and I ate so much of it last month. Im already planning a trip back! So glad you like the photos.
